![]() I have two laptops and my main laptop is having issues with the USB drivers so I need to turn on my spare laptop when the thing needs charged until I figure out how to resolve the driver conflict. So right now the little plastic loop is not on and it just sits in the ear snugly and defies gravity. I’m used to using my eyes to see such things, sad face! Last week I went to use my razor and didn’t realize the red charging light had not come on. I have only been not a high partial a short time. Of course people who have been blind all their life probably have that figured out already. Being newly blind I worry how will I know when to charge it once I can’t read the two 3 segmented status lights. It does have more of a learning curve than the legend although I figured everything out eventually. I worry I’m going to lose the little ear piece when I am in the grocery store using my Quest which is what I use it with more than my phone. ![]() The retired engineer who put it on alleges that when it is on it won’t fit properly in the battery case that extends the charge from six to sixteen hours. I still have not found someone who can get it on. It is smaller and lighter than the legend, however, it by design has this little plastic loop that is difficult to put on the ear piece. I have only charged it once in over a week. Six hours instead of seven initially, however, it comes with a case that you put it in when at rest that will extend it another ten hours at least. It has two apps that you can use or not use depending on your choice. Smaller than the Legends and lighter in the ear.įood app support. ![]() Ok let me see if I can be a little more organized: Technically the Edge is the newer model, However, the Legend is a little bigger and a little more comfortable on the ear. Having both here side by side I can honestly say it depends on your preference.
